Deposits & Payments

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by us. Additionally, deposits are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be applied to a different service.

If you choose to pay the full amount upfront, this payment is also non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at the time of the appointment, or the card used for the deposit can be charged automatically to complete the payment.

 

Late Arrivals & Fees

Arriving on time for your appointment ensures that you receive the full treatment experience. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a £10 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and the full amount of the booking will still be charged to the card on file.

Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, late fees may increase based on the length of delay.

 

Emergency & Premium Slot Bookings

    • Premium Slots: Appointments outside of regular hours (before 10am or after 6pm) are considered premium and will incur an additional charge of £20. Please note that appointments booked for Sundays will also incur an additional charge of £20. Premium slot prices may vary based on availability and the specific timing of the appointment.

 

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, if you request to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new deposit will be required to secure your new booking.

Please note that emergency and premium slot appointments may also incur additional rescheduling fees.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel your appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged to the card on file.

For same-day cancellations or no-shows, you will be charged the full booking amount.

If you reschedule your appointment, you can only do so twice within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.
